The Azienda Agricola Montalceto is located at the end of a scenic country road in the midst of the enchanting landscape of the Crete area, at just 27 Km from Siena.
The Aia Vecchia di Montalceto farm holiday centre was created through the careful restoration of two large farmhouses making up part of the structure.
Agroqualita' has been recognised as historical farm concerning the following characteristics:
" building of the 700's. Antique or rustic furnishings. Restoration done with the greatest care for detail."
As well as having a favoured position in the heart of the Crete Senesi, the Aia Vecchia is located just 30 minutes by car from Siena and Arezzo and an hour from Florence and Assisi. Rapolano Terme, with its beautiful hot water pools and a very well equipped health and beauty centre, is 7 Km away.
The Villa dei Boschi riding centre is 4 km away and a very well kept golf course is 20 km away. Also within the range of 20 km are Pienza Montepulciano and the Abbazia di Monte Oliveto Maggiore.

The 5 apartments each have an independent entrance, they are very spacious and well looked after in all the small details, furnished with quality furniture and a touch of creativity that makes them unique and very welcoming.
All apartments are supplied with TV with satellite and kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.

Near Agriturismo Aia Vecchia
There is a large scenic area available for guests, furnished with garden furniture and a large barbecue.
There is an efficient laundrette, a wood oven, a snooker room and mountain bikes that complete the structure and area available for guests use.
Also available a wide amusement park, a bowling rink and a ping pong table.
On the ground floor of the main farmhouse, where the stables once stood, the large and welcoming hobby rooms where one can have lunch or breakfast all together, also make the structure an ideal place for larger groups (max 34 people).
Upon request our guests can take advantage of the catering service for lunch or dinner (min. 6 people).
A cypress lined path lead to the large swimming pool with Jacuzzi (14 x 10 m) and a lovely thermal tub where the water reaches the temperature of 30 degrees centigrade and has curative properties for the skin.
